Chang and Thai Chef’s Restaurant were recently featured on TVOne’s Asia Downunder, which aired on 20 November. In this seven minute interview with Milda Emza, Chang talks about his early beginnings in Napier, establishing Thai Chef as a caravan and later restaurant and franchise, his partnership with his brother in opening Asian Grocery Hastings, and the woman behind his success — his wife Cindy.

Please Donate To The Thai Flood Appeal
Thai Chef's Restaurant is appealing to the public for donations to go towards the cleanup of damage caused by the extensive flooding in Thailand.
Thailand is currently suffering from the worst flooding in more than 100 years, with over 320 deaths and 9 million people affected. Damage is estimated be in the range of 3 billion USD, with flood waters swamping more than two-thirds of the country, submerging rice fields and shutting down hundreds of factories.
